I have finally settled in, after moving 3 times in a month and almost moving again last week. I've even managed to get into work routine and am slowly starting to find time for Saturday brunches in cute little cafes. Living in Shoreditch definitely has its perks!

To be honest I kinda wanted my first post of 2014 to be a Week in Pictures post so I waited until today to post. First up, Happy New One!

Week in Pictures # 44

Well, it's almost next year and I can't believe it's 44 weeks that I've been doing this already! In the next 2 weeks I'll be doing some recaps of last year, so a lot of "best of" stuff and maybe even a top 10 favorite photos from all the weeks I've been taking them. Week in Pictures # 42

The time has come to say it: it's snowing. And the funniest part is that you notice how awful growing up is when the first snow falls and your first thought is: "Winter tires! Ah ok, I have them it can snow now"

This week has kind of predominantly been about... mugs.
Don't ask me why, but on Monday I ended up in a bookstore that sells all sorts of pretty drinking utensils and seeing so much prettiness, I decided I should make my own mug. Which indeed resulted in my dearly beloved "Primrose Hill Road" Street Sign mug that you will get to see riiiiight now

Have you seen yesterday's post? Then you may have noticed I have a new fondness for stretching my body into happiness. It is yoga, but it's Pinterest yoga, as I get the moves from there. So I can't flatter myself into thinking I'm more than a beginner. But this week has definitely been about discovering the benefits of a proper stretch.

I feel like I sound like grandma, but where did the time go? It's November! I'm proud to say that October has been pretty nice in terms of weather, especially the last couple of weeks. And then of course we had Halloween. Is it an interesting fact to mention that I have never even bothered with it before? Because this year was truly the first time where I did something in that direction,since the whole company was in a creepy craze.

This week started out pretty hectic, but by Friday it had gotten much nicer. Also due to the fact that it was so warm outside that you could have confused October 25th with a late August day. Sunny, warm, and we also got gifted a new park next to where I work, which makes the whole thing better.

Week in Pictures # 35

October was just beginning and now we're more than halfway through! This week went from sunny and pretty warm to rainy and full on dark. Last night, as I was out for a run, a cab driver seemed to feel the need to stop me and tell me I might get a cold seen as how I was running in a T-shirt at 5 degrees. But cold, thou shalt not defeat me!

I'm writing this on Sunday morning/night and my balcony door is open because after two weeks of polar cold, it's now back to 20+ degrees and I even managed to get some tanning done yesterday. The weather has definitely gone nuts, but that's not stopping us from taking pictures!

Week In Pictures # 33

Today, or the first time in a long time, I'm doing a post with photos from just my phone. I simply don't get around to taking photos with my phone too often,and even less to downloading them from it. I've realized my phone is being well under used so I've been working on fixing it. This would be the result.
Also: it's October! <insert shocked face here> Where has the year gone? It's almost next year and it's pretty incredible! Ok, let's just enjoy autumn as much as we can. With that in mind, I'll go get a Pumpkin Spice Latte tomorrow

Week In Pictures # 32

Happy Sunday everyone! I really like having a day where I think ahead and there's nothing I 'need' to do. Sure, I can do things if I want to, but I can also just sleep all day if the opportunity presents itself. And this is coming from someone who hasn't always been a fan of the Sunday.It really used to be my least favrite day of the week. But that's no longer the case, especially since Sunday means Week in Pictures!

                         

Last Sunday I went for a slightly longer run / The before and after of the cupcake/ Morning favorites - Ginger,Lemon and their lovechild,smoothie / Drove around with that leaf of the windscreen for quite a while because it was cute / My feet always look so tiny in those shoes! / Repotting the basil / Good views on a Saturday / Future posts! / You know it's bad when you go to Starbucks for a double espresso

Week In Pictures # 31

The past 7 days have been about two big things: the great outdoors and food .
Last Sunday we were in the mountains and woke up at 6am to see the sunrise. And even if it was pretty cloudy, it was definitely worth waking up at that hour and in that perfectly crisp and clean air. We even made a dog friend who ended up sleeping like the cutest baby next to the fire.

Actually we're a bit more far along than week 30, because last week I did the London Edition which was documenting my trip to London Town and numbering wise, I didn't count that, but we're back on track.
